Next meeting is March 21st at J&M. We will build a homemade yeast stir plate and discuss why a yeast starter, with or without a stir plate, is beneficial. Quarterly style entries will be due March 17th at J&M by the end of day. If you can't make that deadline please reach out to me, firstname.lastname@example.org, to work out an alternative. We will have our monthly show and tell (and taste). We should be able to get some preliminary tasting of the Benoit-Casper competition brews. Bring your latest brew to share!
Upcoming events outside of meetings include a tour of Admiral malting on (3/24). Please go to this page for information and to RSVP.
Dues are due! You can use this link to pay them or click the logo from the membership page. The dues have been reduced and are now $25 annually for Jan-Dec. Please remember these are family memberships.
